WHAT

As a biomedical analyst with us, you will work independently and make your own decisions while also working as part of a team. You will work in the department of clinical chemistry/transfusion medicine, and your main tasks will consist of analyzing samples and delivering accurate results on time.

We invest in individual competence development and want our employees to have a broad skill set and be able to handle various tasks to create strong teams. You will be involved in improvement work every day, thus influencing both work methods and processes. Teamwork and a good working climate are important to us. The position is a permanent employment, and the working hours are scheduled with shifts during the day/evening/weekend. The position can be adjusted regarding working hours to some extent. If you have a particular interest in any area within chemistry/transfusion medicine, we will try to give you the opportunity to develop there.

You are open to continuous change and development work based on LEAN, as this is something that permeates our organization.

We also see that you:

  • Are a trained licensed biomedical analyst.
  • Master Swedish in speech and writing.
  • Can work both day, evening, weekend, and possibly night.

We consider laboratory experience or previous work with serological analyses at blood centers as an advantage.

The position is located at Mälarsjukhuset in Eskilstuna.
